Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to package directions; reserve 1 cup of the pasta water.
Step 2
2. Heat the olive oil in a large, deep skillet. Add the broccoli and garlic and stir fry until broccoli is bright green.
Step 3
3. Place the cooked pasta in the pan then add the grated cheese; toss to combine.
Step 4
4. Add the reserved pasta water and stir.
Step 5
5. Top with the shredded Parmesan.
