Instructions
Step 1
Cut an prepare your veggies for being satuteed/heated through and put them to the side
Step 2
Take your chicken strips and grill them in a frying pan (decent sized one will add in veggies once chicken is cooked)
Step 3
Add the veggies to the frying pan and make sure the pan is at medium heat (around 4 or 5 on my stovetop) cover them & let them cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Remove veggies & chicken from heat keep covered. Cook box of pasta shells to your liking in salted boiling water. If you add salt it will take less time to boil.
Step 5
Before draining the pasta take about half a mug full of pasta water and put it to the side. (will use in a later step) Drain the pasta once drained return pasta back to pot on medium heat add pasta water you set to the side into pot also add your sauce in at this point
Step 6
Let the sauce warm up with the noodles for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally then add your veggies & chicken stir and your done
