Instructions
Step 1
2lbs of pre-made chicken. You can use rotisserie chicken and shred it yourself or get a bag of Costco's pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Place in a large pan to heat up, breaking the pieces up.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder.
When heated through, place in a large bowl.
Step 2
Cook 12-16 ounces of the rotini pasta, per the instructions. Then rinse with cool water, strain and place in a large bowl with the chicken.
Step 3
2 cucumbers. Partially peel the cucumber, making lines in the rind all around. Cut into cubes. Pace into the bowl with the chicken and pasta.
Step 4
12 ounces of cherry tomatoes. Cut them in half and add them to the large bowl.
Step 5
Pour your favorite Italian dressing over the ingredients in the bowl, us enough to coat everything but you don't want your pasta to look like it's submerged.
