Granola Bars

5 steps
Prep:15minCook:25min
Granola is a classic bake to crack, and creating a basic granola bar is something I have always wanted to do. I love baking these and chopping them into bite-sized pieces for a little sweet treat, but mainly I bake these into bars for a snack or breakfast on the go. I fill mine with a variety of chopped nuts, dried fruit and seeds from the mixed packets, but it's more of a guide to the quantities. If you wanted to do all almonds, raisins and pumpkin seeds, that works as well. Press them down firmly into the lined tin, bake and enjoy.
