Instructions
Step 1
Add all the ingredients into a bowl,
Step 2
Slice the ham into little squares and dump it into the bowl,
Step 3
Then whisk all the ingredients until combined,
Step 4
I have this pan, (click the photo) that has a very picky way of not getting stuck with whatever it is you're gonna cook. if you have an already nonstick pan then just to be safe add a little oil.
Step 1. heat the pan to high until you sprinkle a little water and the water droplets bounce in the hot pan, if they don't bounce and they just evaporate because of the heat, it's not ready, keep heating it until you throw in the droplets and they bounce, once they bounce take the heat to low and take the pan out of the stove,
Step 2. add tallow (you can also add butter but tallow is a bit better because it burns at SUPER HIGH temperatures unlike butter that burns very easily) so wait until the tallow is smoking a bit not a lot of smoke but only a little, then put it back in the stove, and then add the egg,
Step 5
Fold the egg and make it flat and kind of like chop with whatever kind of metal spatula,
Step 6
And Enjoy!♡
