If you’ve gone to squids most likely you had Marks stuffed pepperoncino.. Needless to say this will be the appetizer at my funeral. However, Mark has a secret ingredient he refuses to share with me! One day I’ll get it off him, but until then this will do!! 🙏🏼

Instructions
Step 1
1. Brown the sausage in a skillet and add your garlic powder, ranch seasoning, Montreal seasoning and Worcestershire sauce while it cooks. And obviously whatever Mark’s secret ingredient is… good luck getting that information out of him.
Step 2
2. Once the sausage is completely cooked, drain it really well and place it on paper towels to soak up the extra grease.
Step 3
3. In a bowl, add the softened cream cheese, garlic powder and a little pepperoncini juice. Add your cooked sausage and mix everything together until it’s creamy and combined.
Step 4
4. Cover the mixture and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. This is important!! Let all those flavors hang out and become best friends.
Step 5
5. The next morning, de-seed your pepperoncinis and stuff them GOOD with the sausage and cream cheese mixture.
Step 6
6. Pop the stuffed pepperoncinis back into the fridge for about 2 hours before serving.
