Blueberry Banana Baked Oatmeal Squares
8 steps
Prep:10minCook:30min
pair 1 square + ¾–1 cup Greek yogurt for breakfast. You can add some extra berries if you want more volume
I’d serve roughly ½–1 square, depending on her appetite, alongside her yogurt and fruit.
You can cut it into finger-sized strips or small soft pieces. The finished oatmeal should easily squish between your fingers.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9 × 13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth.
Step 3
3. Whisk in the eggs, milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla and melted butter/oil.
Step 4
4. Add the oats, cinnamon, baking powder and optional salt. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
Step 5
5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Step 6
6. Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes so the oats begin absorbing the liquid.
Step 7
7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden. Don’t overbake—we want these soft and moist for Lia.
Step 8
8. Cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting into 10 squares.
