Ingredients
10 servings
1 pounddry gluten-free macaroni
3cans tuna in water
drained
1 ⅓ cupsmayonnaise
¼ cupgreen olives
sliced
¼ cupsliced black olives
4eggs
hard-boiled, chopped
¼ cupgreen chives
finely chopped, green tops only
1 tablespoonyellow mustard
1 tablespoonlemon juice
+ 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the gluten-free macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cool water.
Step 2
Let the macaroni cool completely.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Add the cooled macaroni, olives, chopped eggs, and green chives.
Step 5
Gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
Step 6
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Step 7
Stir before serving. Add a little more mayonnaise if you want it creamier.
