Step 1
Season chicken to taste, put in pot. (Cut the tail off?) Cover chicken just barely with water & add bullion.
Step 2
Boil 1 1/2 hours (for 3-4 lbs chicken.
Step 3
Pull bones out of chicken, put meat back in broth. Get broth very hot but not boiling. (Taste broth, add seasoning to taste.)
Step 4
Mix bisquik & milk in bowl but don’t over mix.
Step 5
Drop spoonfuls onto broth, cover with lots of pepper. Cook 10 minutes uncovered.
