Instructions
Step 1
Step 1: Sear the beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the avocado oil. Place the ground beef in the skillet and let it sit untouched for 2 minutes to get a nice, flavorful outer sear. Step 2: Season and crumble: Use your spatula to break the beef into very fine crumbles. Cook for another 4–5 minutes until no pink remains. Stir in the garlic powder and sea salt. Step 3: Scramble the eggs (Optional): Push the cooked beef to the outer edges of the skillet, leaving an empty circle in the center. Crack the two eggs directly into that center space. Use your spatula to scramble them completely until they are solid, then fold them right into the beef. Step 4: Simmer with broth: Turn the heat down to medium. Dump the 2 cups of cooked white rice directly into the skillet with the meat. Pour in the ½ cup of beef bone broth and your choice of Worcestershire sauce or honey. Step 5: Absorb and serve: Stir continuously for 2 minutes until the rice is steaming hot and has completely absorbed the broth. Divide into containers or serve immediately
