Apple-cinnamon protein oats
Storage: best cooked fresh. You can combine the dry oats, cinnamon and salt in individual containers for up to several weeks in a dry pantry. If cooking in advance, refrigerate within 2 hours and use within 3–4 days.
Budget tip: this uses inexpensive oats and half an apple, so it's a good alternative when yoghurt prices are high.
