Instructions
Step 1
Add the oats, protein powder, chia seeds and milk to a bowl and mix well until combined.
Step 2
Transfer the mixture to a glass.
Step 3
In another bowl, melt ½ the Biscoff spread and then add the yogurt and maple syrup. Mix this until well combined and a cream is formed.
Step 4
Pour this cream over the oat layer in the glass.
Step 5
Melt the remaining ½ of the Biscoff spread in the microwave and then pour this on top of the Biscoff cream in the glass.
Step 6
Crush ½ the biscuit and sprinkle this on top.
Step 7
Allow to set in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
