Estimated nutrition per serving Calories: 410 Protein: 34 g Carbohydrates: 38 g Fat: 13 g Digestive note: Salmon is nutritious, but its fat content may be difficult to tolerate during a flare of bile-related symptoms or gastroparesis. On those days, substitute cod or haddock and omit the sesame oil. For possible SIBO, keep the portion of honey small or omit it if it triggers symptoms.
