optional notes:
1. add 1/2 c green enchilada sauce
2. add 1 tsp paprika
3. add cornstarch slurry to thicken juice
4. substitute 1 lb. ground turkey & 1 lb. ground hamburger for chicken

Ingredients
8 servings
8 ozchicken breasts
cooked, and shredded
3 x 15 ozcans great northern beans
1 cuponions
chopped
1 ½ cbell peppers
chopped, yellow, green, or red
2jalapeno
chili peppers, stemmed, seeded, chopped optional
2garlic cloves
minced
2 tspground cumin
½ tspsalt
½ tspdried oregano
3 ½ cchicken broth
sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese
tortilla chips
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except sour cream, cheddar cheese, and chips in slow cooker.
Step 2
Cover.
Step 3
Cook on Low 8- 10 hours, or High 4-5 hours.
Step 4
Ladle into bowls and top individual servings with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and chips.
