Instructions
Step 1
Mix apple jelly, lemon juice, aminos, oil and ginger root. Slit the pork tenderloin lengthwise being sure not to slice all the way through. Marinade in mixture for 4 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Place meat in shallow baking pan, reserving marinade.
Step 3
Combine panko, celery, nuts and marinade.
Step 4
Spread slit open and fill with apple mixture.
Step 5
Bake 30 minutes at 375*. Cover if getting too browned and continue baking (another 10 or more minutes) until 160*.
