Instructions
Step 1
Line a 9x9 pan with non-stick foil.
Step 2
Melt honey and peanut butter together until smooth enough to mix with oats. Stove top is best, or use microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Slowly combine with the oats and mix well. Pour into pan and refrigerate until set (may be a few hours). Store in fridge to keep firm or leave out to keep it softened.
Step 4
Don’t use natural peanut butter- doesn’t mix well. Can substitute oats for Cheerios or other cereals. Can mix-in other things like chocolate chips, coconut, flax seed, etc. (If adding chocolate chips, sprinkle them on after it cools for 5 minutes)
