Instructions
Step 1
Deseed the chipotle peppers and finely chop. Reserve the seeds on the side.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, strain the chipotle seeds to get all the adobo sauce. Then add the peppers, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix together using a hand mixer.
Step 3
Add the grated cheddar cheese. Then fold it into the cream cheese mixture until it is well incorporated.
Step 4
Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight to develop a deeper flavor.
Step 5
Serve with crackers, as a sandwich, or as a dip for vegetables.
