Ingredients

Crust
2 cupsgraham-cracker crumbs
1 ½ cupswalnuts
finely chopped
1 cupshredded coconut
½ cupconfectioners' sugar
¼ cupunsweetened cocoa powder
¾ cupbutter
or margarine, melted
1pasteurized egg
large, beaten
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
Crème de menthe layer
2 cupsconfectioners' sugar
½ cupbutter
softened, no substitutes
3 tablespoonscrème de menthe
½ teaspoonvanilla extract
Chocolate topping
1 x 12 ouncessemisweet chocolate chips
melted
½ cupbutter
melted, no substitutes
red candy hearts
optional
Instructions
Crust
Step 1
Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with foil extending edges over sides.
Step 2
Stir together all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Step 3
Press into prepared pan. Chill until firm, 1 hour.
Crème de menthe layer
Step 4
Meanwhile, beat together all ingredients in a large mixer bowl on medium speed until smooth. Spread evenly over crust. Chill 30 minutes or until firm.
Chocolate topping
Step 5
Combine chocolate chips and butter in a small bowl. Spread evenly over crème de menthe layer.
Step 6
Refrigerate until chocolate sets, 1 hour. Lift out of pan. Peel off foil and cut into 1-inch squares decorate as desired.
