Instructions

Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Step 2
In a pot, heat about 2 tablespoons of oil.
Step 3
Add the crushed garlic, the minced onion, the cinnamon sticks, the cloves powder, dry chilis, salt and pepper and stir.
Step 4
Add the chicken pieces and mix.
Step 5
Pour in the wine and simmer over low heat.
Step 6
Add a little water from time to time until the chicken is cooked.
Step 7
Serve with rice.
