Bbq Smokey chicken breast it’s healthy and simple just put it in a bag to marinate whenever you can and bake it for 30 minutes then done serve with whatever you like and simple healthy dinner is served

In a bag ideally at least 4 hours before cooking prep your marinade, add your olive oil, smoke sauce & bbq sauce (you can also add maple syrup) truffle oil is optional, add seasoning to taste i like to use a chicken rub sometimes if I don’t feel like doing it all from scratch, add your chicken

Close up your chicken and coat it in your marinade place in fridge for as long as you can/want
Step 3
Set oven to 400° f and bake for 25 minutes then add more bbq sauce on top and bake for another 5
