Instructions

Step 1
Brown sausage in a 10" skillet
Step 2
Whisk eggs, black pepper, and chili powder in a medium bowl. A splash of milk or water can be added for volume if desired.
Step 3
Add bell pepper, diced tomatoes, and chilis to the eggs and mix well.
Step 4
Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook while stirring periodically to break up eggs.
Step 5
Layout the tortillas and distribute the cheese to each of them.
Step 6
Spoon mixture evenly (approximately 1/2 cup each) on to tortillas and roll into burritos.
Step 7
Allow to cool then place burritos in freezer bags and freeze. To reheat, place a burrito and heat on high for 1 minute.
