Instructions

Step 1
Chop bell pepper and green onion.
Step 2
Brown sausage and cut into pieces
Step 3
Mix eggs and milk in a small bowl until homogenous.
Step 4
Add sausage and vegetables to bowl and mix well
Step 5
Pour mixture into a medium, preheated skillet and cook over medium heat. Stir occasionally with a whisk or spatula until fully cooked.
Step 6
Add shredded cheese and allow it to melt over the scramble then serve.
