Step 1
Combine all spices (onion salt, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper) in a bowl.

Slice raw chicken on a red chopping board in thin slices (look at picture).

Place the sliced chicken in the bowl from step 1 (the bowl with the spices in it). Make sure each chicken piece is covered in spices.

In a snaplock bag, add 2 cups of cornflakes, seal the bag and crush the cornflakes using a rolling pin. Empty the crushed cornflakes into a bowl and combine more spices (garlic salt, paprika, onion salt).

In another bowl, whisk 3 eggs until smooth. NOTE - you should now have three bowls:
BOWL 1- Spiced chicken tenders
BOWL 2- Whisked eggs
BOWL 3- Cornflake mixture

Get a baking tray with baking paper, write your name on the baking paper.

Start dipping your chicken in the egg wash, then the cornflake mix. Place your chicken tenders onto the baking tray and lightly spray with oil. Cook the tenders in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

Whilst the chicken is cooking, prepare your wraps:
-Shred your lettuce (demonstration at the start of the lesson and picture)
- Lay tortillas out on a white cutting board or in a takeaway container, spread light mayo on the wraps with a spoon and place shredded lettuce on top.

Once the chicken has cooked, place it onto your wraps and drizzle siracha mayo on top (it is spicy so be warned!!).
