Instructions

Crispy chicken

Step 1
Slice the chicken breast.
Step 2
To one plate add the flour and seasoning.
Step 3
To another the egg and milk. Whisk well.

And to the third plate add the panko.

First coat the chicken slice with flour. Then dip it in the egg mixture and finally coat it with panko. Make sure it's covered completely.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken slices and fry for about 2-3min.

Wrap

Slice the cucumber.

Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with mayonnaise.

Place the salad, cucumber slices and chicken on top.

Drizzle the sweet chili sauce onto the chicken.

Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
