Instructions

Crispy chicken

Step 1
Cut the chicken breast in half. You only need one half.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Crack the egg into a flat plate. Pure in the milk and whisk until well combined.

To another flat plate add the panko.
Step 5
First dip the chicken breast in the egg mixture and then in the panko. Make sure its covered everywhere.
Step 6
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken and fry for about 2-3min each side.

Wrap

Step 7
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with mayonnaise.
Step 8
Place the salad, cucumber slices and chicken on top.
Step 9
Spread the sweet chili sauce onto the chicken.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 11
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
