Step 1

Heat the oven to 200C

Step 2

Add 1/2 a cm of sunflower oil into a small loaf tin and out in the oven to get thoroughly hot

Step 3

Whisk the egg with the milk, flour and salt until smooth.

Step 4

Pour the batter into the loaf tin and straight into the oven for 20 minutes, keeping the door shut.

Step 5

Cook the sausages and prepare the other fillings.
