Instructions

Step 1
Slice the scallions then separate the light parts from the dark ends . Roughly chop 4 large cloves of garlic then melt two tablespoons of butter in a pan on medium heat and add the garlic and white parts of the scallions and cook until butter starts to brown .

Step 2
Add 2 cups of cooked cold rice to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic and butter . Add soy sauce and sriracha ( if you like more adjust the seasoning as needed ) cook for about 4 more minutes then drizzle in the toasted sesame oil .

Step 3
Fry the eggs to your liking then add them on top of the rice with the green parts of the scallions and sprinkle sesame seeds on top
