Ginger Sesame Tofu Stirfry was an absolute 💯 success!!!! I'm so excited to add another recipe to our favourites!
I had to pivot because L wasn't into the idea of this afterall, so I went from quinoa ( as shown in picture), to white rice which I didn't feel like, so in the end there was half a cup of wild rice blend- threw that into the InstantPot while the tofu was hanging out.
I find it ironic that the tofu was pressed under a cook book I've never used- in fact, I don't believe there's one iota of a tofu recipe!😆
I'm not familiar with cooking with tofu, and I really want to put it into the rotation.
What matters most is M loved it! He raved about it so much he actually had 3 servings & there's a serving leftover if just the tofu with a spoonful of veg!
