Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°
Make egg replace 1T powder plus 2T water per egg. Set aside for 1 min
Sift all dry ingredients, add to egg replacer. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Add more water if needed.
Add to 6 muffin tins, use muffin liners.
Bake 30 minutes. After 30 mins, do toothpick check for done.
