Instructions
Step 1
Cream butter.
Step 2
Add icing sugar slowly and whisk to incorporate.
Step 3
Add flour and mix in using a spatula.
Step 4
Once mixture incorporated, knead a little until dough looks uniform and mixed. Roll out to about 0.5cm thick and cut with desired shape.
Step 5
Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 12 mins or until just before golden at 180C fan-forced.
Step 6
Coat in caster sugar once cooled.
