Instructions
Step 1
Pound chicken with a mallet or rolling pin, season well with onion salt, garlic granules, salt and pepper.
Step 2
In 3 seperate bowls add flour mixed with smoked paprika, onion salt & garlic in one bowl, beaten eggs with hot sauce in the second bowl and crushed cornflakes in the third bowl.
Step 3
Dip chicken in flour, egg and finally cornflakes. Some will fall off but don't worry, I like the big flakes as its more crunchy but grind them down more for a smaller crumb.
Step 4
Spray with spray oil and cook Airfryer at 180/200C for 15-18 mins, turn halfway.
Step 5
Serve in a brioche bun with sauce, pickles and lettuce.
