Ingredients

2boneless skinless chicken breast
salt
pepper
¼ teaspoongranulated garlic
6 cupsromaine lettuce
chopped
20gProsciutto
diced
3eggs
0.5avocado
1 cupcherry tomatoes
halved
½ cupmayonnaise
½ cupsour cream
½ tablespoonlemon juice
2 tablespoonsfresh parsley leaves
½ tablespoonolive oil
¼ teaspoonpaprika
½ teaspooncoarse salt
¼ teaspoonpepper
1 tablespoonsmilk
Instructions
For salad
Step 1
Using a meat mallet, pound chicken to a 1″ thickness. Season both sides liberally with salt, pepper and granulated garlic.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet to medium-high. Add canola oil and cook chicken, for about 6 minutes per side. Remove from pan and allow chicken to cool for about 5 minutes before slicing.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients to a large bowl. Top with sliced chicken.
For dressing
Step 4
Using an immersion blender, blend until smooth.
