Instructions

Step 1
Place pan over medium heat with olive oil. add sliced chicken breast to the pan
Step 2
Add onion and garlic to pan. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place all chopped and diced vegatables in large serving bowl
Step 4
Cook chicken until no pink is in the center.
Step 5
Mix all ingredients for ranch dressing in a blender.
Step 6
Serve salad with chicken and ranch drizzled over top.
