Instructions
Step 1
Preheat a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add butter and melt until light brown.
Step 3
Sear bratwursts for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 4
(Optional) Add sliced onion and beer to pan. Bring beer to boil and don't cover pan in step 5.
Step 5
Flip bratwursts and cover pan. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Flip and continue to cook through for 4 minutes until internal temp of 160°F.
Step 7
Wait 5 minutes to cut so the brats are juicy. Enjoy!
