Sauteed onions
Step 1
Cut the onion into thin slices. Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium

Add the onions and fry until they are translucent. Then drizzle on the honey and let the onions caramelize, stirring occasionally.
Sausages
Step 3
Roll up the sausage into a snail and secure with wooden skewers. Depending on the length, 2 or more sausages can be used for one snail.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the sausages and fry for 2-3min each side until golden brown.
Step 5
In the last minute place one slice of emmental cheese and cheddar cheese on 2 sausage snails. Let it melt.
Step 6
Spread one sausage snail with bbq sauce. Place the salad, sauteed onions and tomato slice on top.
Step 7
Place the second sausage snail on top. Repeat the previous steps.
Step 8
Finish with the sausage snail that has no cheese on top.
