Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season Chicken breasts with a mix of Paprika, Salt, & Pepper. To a skillet add olive oil over meduim heat.

salt¼ teaspoon

Step 2
Sear chicken on both sides until a golden brown, about 1 minute per side. Keep pan and juices. Place on a sheet pan and bake until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 f, about 10 minutes.
Step 3
While the chicken is baking add White wine to the pan the chicken was in and scrape the Fond from the bottom of the pan, Let the wine cook down then add 1 Tbsp oil from the tomatos. Add the garlic and sun dried tomatoes. Sautee over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes, until garlic is golden brown. Remove the tomatoes and chop into small pieces.

Step 4
Add 1 tbsp butter to the pan and whisk in cream until it absorbs all the oil. Bring to a simmer keep whisking until sauce thickens then turn off the heat.

Slice the chicken into 1/2 in strips and place on a plate in a nice design. Drizzle the sauce over the top. Garnish with Basil
