Instructions

Prawns

Step 1
Chop the garlic
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the prawns and fry for 0,5min. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Fry for another minute. Then add the garlic and fry for 1 more minute

Sauce

Step 3
Chop the basil and sun dried tomatoes.
Step 4
To a bowl add the mayonnaise, olive oil, pepper, basil, chili flakes and sun dried tomatoes. Mix until well combined.

Sandwich

Step 5
Cut the bagel in half. Spread both sides with butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 6
Slice the fig.
Step 7
Spread the bottom half with the sauce.
Step 8
Place the arugula, fig slices and prawns on top. Drizzle on the balsamic cream.
Step 9
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
