If you're a fan of seafood and burgers, you have to try the shrimp chip crusted shrimp burger! This unique twist on the classic burger features a juicy shrimp patty coated in crispy shrimp chips, giving it a delicious crunch and a burst of seafood flavor in every bite.

3 Tbspsweet chilli sauce

3 Tbspdill pickle
minced

2 Tbspshallots
minced

1 Tbspcapers
minced

1 Tbspparsley
finely chopped

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 tspdijon mustard

½ tspblack pepper

½ tspsalt

Instructions
Sweet Chilli Tartar Sauce
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the mayonaise, sweet chilli sauce, minced dill pickes, shallots, capers, parsley, lemon juice, dijon mustard, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Shrimp Burger

Finely chop up the peeled and deveined shrimp and mash with the cornstarch, fish sauce, soy sauce, msg, lard, egg, sesame oil, chopped scallions, and lemon zest.










Step 3
Form patties with the shrimp mixture and coat the patties with some flour , egg wash, and crushed shrimp chips.



Step 4
In a pot, heat some oil to 350 F and fry the shrimp patties until they are golden brown (~3-5 minutes). Drain the fried shrimp patties on a paper towel lined tray.

Step 5
Toast the brioche buns and assemble burger with tartar sauce, shrimp patty, and lettuce.
