Instructions

Step 1
Put 1 jar sauce in pot to a boil (medium/high)then lower when adding meat (medium/low) then raise heat again after meatballs go into other pan add next jar then bring back to boil then lower once boiling (should be around 2 jars when cooking meatballs and sausage)
Step 2
Roll meatballs and place on wax paper (12-14 per pound)
Step 3
Cook sausages to brown/gold then place in sauce (don’t have to be fully cooked)
Step 4
Meatballs into pan (do not cover the meatballs will fall apart)
Step 5
Bring meatballs to a brown color (make sure cooked all around a sealed on each edge)
Step 6
Put meatballs into sauce once “sealed”
Step 7
Cover sauce then put back on burner on medium/low heat
Step 8
Put diced onions and garlic into pan to cook to sit on low to keep garlic from burning
Step 9
Stir and toss while scraping sides to add flavor
Step 10
Leave burner on low until almost fully cooked
Step 11
Pour some sauce into pan with garlic and onions
Step 12
Stir and continue to cook
Step 13
Shut off burner and add pan ingredients to sauce pot
Step 14
Cover meatballs with sauce and stir sides (do not dig)
Step 15
Add more salt, pepper, parsley, basil (sprinkle)
Step 16
Stir ingredients into sauce
Step 17
Cover sauce for 30 min on medium/low then check
