Step 1
Sear the steaks in a skillet with a spray of vegetable oil and a little knob of butter to remove the blood

Sear the fresh mushroom with another small knob of butter and sprinkle with salt to release all their juices. When almost fried up add some wine and worcestershire sauce (1 tbsp each) and put the heat to high. When dry move aside
Step 3
Add the steak and mushrooms in a pot, add cooking cream and cook on high heat. Add all remaining ingredients: 1 maggi cube, salt, white and black pepper, 2 tbsp wine. When it boils lower the heat and let it simmer for 5 mins. If too thick add some water
Step 4
Best served with fries on the side
