Instructions
Step 1
Cut off sorrel stems and roughly chop the leafs. Discard stems
Step 2
Make sorrel broth by boiling leafs for 5 minutes in 2 litters of water. Steep sorrel in the broth by cooling together in a fridge
Step 3
Cube hard boiled eggs
Step 4
Boil whole potatoes with skin until done, cool down, peel and cube
Step 5
Peel and cube cucumbers, mince green onions and dill
Step 6
In each plate assemble potatoes, eggs, cucumbers, dill, onion and pour sorrel broth.
Step 7
Salt and add apple cider vinegar and sour cream to taste
