Prep Peppers

Brown beef and onion- drain, add rice through salt and pepper
Step 3
Pour tomato sauce on bottom of stuffed peppers. Top with sauce, cover with foil.
Step 4
Bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 min- remove foil. Add cheese and cook for 5 more minutes.
