Instructions

Step 1
Cook bacon (preferably smoked with a sweet BBQ seasoning) till fried and crispy, then crumble
Step 2
Cut up broccoli, cauliflower and green onions in a large bowl.
Step 3
In a separate bowl combine sugar, mayonnaise and red wine vinegar to make dressing.
Step 4
Pour dressing over vegetables and refrigerate overnight.
Step 5
Just before serving add the crumbled bacon and stir well. For variation, add ½ cup sunflower seeds.
