Instructions
Step 1
Place carrots and onions into mixing bowl, mixing 10 sec Speed 4,5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
Step 2
Add 50 ml water and cook 5 min. 120 °C Speed 1.
Step 3
Add the water, salt, pepper and steam 20 min. 100ºC Speed 1.
Step 4
Transfère into a soup tureen or large serving bowl. Serve hot sprinkled with black pepper and Chilli powder.
