2 lbground beef

0.5onion
chopped

1 tspGarlic
Minced

1 tsporegano

2 Tbspchili powder

salt

pepper

2 TbspSmokey Paprika

1 tspground cumin

½ tspcayenne red pepper

2 Tbspdijon mustard
or dry mustard

2 x 15 ozRed Kidney Beans
Cans

1 x 15 ozcan black beans

15 ozcan fire roasted diced tomatoes

1 Jarchunky salsa

15 oztomato sauce

Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Shreaded

red onion
finely chopped

Instructions
Step 1
Sauté garlic with a tsp of oil in bottom of large pot for a few minutes
Step 2
Add chopped onions and continue to sauté until onions are slightly soft.
Step 3
Add ground beef and brown. Drain, if needed.
Step 4
Add all spices.
Step 5
Drain and wash beans and add to beef mixture.
Step 6
Add tomatoes, salsa and tomato sauce.
Step 7
Cook over medium heat for an hour and then simmer on low for 2 hours. If using Ninja Foodi - pressure cook high for 10 minutes let natural release 4 minutes than quick release.
Step 8
Serve over spaghetti with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped red onions, sour cream and warm bread.
