Cake Batter

1 cupsugar

3 tsplemon zest

1 stickunsalted butter

2 Tbspveggie oil

2whole eggs

2 Tbsplemon juice

2 cupsfrozen berries

1 ½ cupflour

1 Tbspbaking powder

salt

½ cupmilk

Instructions
Batter Mixy
Step 1
Mix the sugar and lemon zest in a bowl. (Easily done with hands)


Step 2
Incorporate the butter until smooth and creamy. Then repeat with veggie oil.


Step 3
Add lemon juice followed by 2 eggs. Mix thoroughly between additions.


Step 4
Add mixture of flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until fluffy batter is formed.



Step 5
Finish batter by stiring in milk making the batter very fluffy and funny to look at.

Finally, take a few scoops of the batter out and place into a seperate bowl. Then, mix the batter with your frozen berries.

Into The Fire

Into a greased bread pan, pour in half ypur plain batter. Then layer with your berried batter and topped with your remaining plain batter.

Place in a preheated oven on 350 for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out the center clean.


Step 9
Once done, remove from oven and let cool for an hour.

In a small bowl mix together your sugar, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla extract.

When it's lookin like a glaze, plurp it onto the cake...
