Old Fashioned Spritz Cookies

Butter cookies made with a surprise ingredient., mayonnaise. This is a tender, buttery cookies, 😋

Cream butter and sugar till smooth.

Step 2

Add mayonnaise

Add egg

Add extracts

Mix in flour and baking powder a little at a time . I used a spatula to fold in to avoid overmixing

Step 6

Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 350 for about 12 minutes or till edges start to lightly brown. Remove and cool and decorate or eat plain.
