Instructions

Step 1
Peel the garlic and onion.
Step 2
Add to the bowl with the Ultrablade knife installed. Lock the lid and press 'Start'.
Step 3
Replace the Ultrablade knife with the Mixer. Add the oil and curry powder to the bowl. Lock the lid and press 'Start'.
Step 4
Cut the lamb into large cubes. Add the lamb, coconut milk, diced tomatoes and stock, and season with salt. Lock the lid and press 'Start'. Peel the apple and dice.
Step 5
Serve immediately with the diced apple.
