Ingredients
12 servings
2bananas
medium, ripe, 🍌
1egg
¼ cupsugar free maple syrup
⅔ cupalmond butter
creamy, I used the Pro caramel almond butter which makes these to die for! 🚨 Code KATIE10 for 10% off
½ tspvanilla extract
¼ tspsalt
1 cupalmond flour
45 gramsvanilla protein powder
I used the, natural vanilla whey protein powder, 🚨 Code KATIE10 for 10% off
½ tspbaking soda
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 2
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add in the egg, syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
Step 3
3. Add in the almond flour, salt, protein powder, and baking soda.
Step 4
4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until set but still slightly gooey in the center (trust me, leave it a little gooey because it still cooks & firms up more when you take it out of the oven!). Let cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
