Instructions
Step 1
Cream eggs and sugar for 5 mins

Mix together oil, milk and vanilla.

In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, icing sugar, chocolate chips and salt.

Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix just

Pour batter into a 9x13" pan that has been greased and lined

Evenly spread the batter.

Bake at 325F for 35-40 mins until a tester comes out clean with little moist crumbs

While brownie is still hot, sprinkle on 100g of chocolate chips
